At Mars The Label, we want you to feel iconic in your new fit, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, with original tags attached and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Securely package your items in their original clear bags with tags intact, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel.
Ship It Back
Generate your prepaid shipping label through our portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
